Kids Fest is a one or two-day retreat geared for kids in Kindergarten through 6th grade held at the Timberlake Center in Forsyth on March 8 & 9. You can bring the whole family (we have a family price); even younger or older kids will enjoy some of the activities and the services. Plan to attend Friday and Saturday or just Saturday only!
The cost of Kids Fest for both days will cover lodging (girls in the Bray Lodge and guys in Addison Lodge) (sorry, we are not equipped at the campground to accommodate families all together), Friday night pizza bash after service, Saturday breakfast and lunch, services and all activities and games. The Saturday only cost includes lunch, Saturday service, activities, and games. Both prices include lots of activities (face-painting, crazy hair, games, crafts, archery, cup cake walk, paint ball, etc.), several inflatables, Go Carts and much more.
Every adult participant will need to fill out an Adult Verification form included in this packet. Remember, these forms are only filled out once a year beginning in January and will be good for all events through the year. You can always check on Ministry Key to see what adults have sent in their forms.
Your church can register on Ministry Key for Kids Fest. Again, once you have entered the kid’s information in, all you must do is print off the medical form to give to the parents to review and make any corrections and then sign. Update Ministry Key by uploading the signed form. If unable to upload the new signed form, just mail to our office or scan and email.
Our theme this year is “At the Movies” Kyle Semple, Children’s Pastor at Nations Church in Athens will be our special speaker. You will not want to miss this great adventure for your kids!
Concession & Kids Fest T-shirt – Kids Fest T-shirts will be on sale for $12.00 the weekend of Kids Fest. If you preorder your t-shirts they will be $10.00. You can send in your order to or register on Ministry Key and we will have your order ready when you arrive. We will have a concession stand with cotton candy, snow cones, popcorn, cokes, SWAMP WATER and all the yummy stuff, so the kids may want to bring a little extra money.
